Shipping policy
We ship Lula and Me products across Australia only. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sale periods, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping options and cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. We offer:
- Standard shipping — [$9.00 flat rate / calculated at checkout]
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
Estimated delivery times
Once dispatched, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart): 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote areas (WA, NT, far north QLD): 7–14 business days
These times are in addition to our 1–3 business day processing time.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you don't receive this within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
- Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Check with neighbours, your building reception, or your local post office (your tracking may show "ready for collection").
- If it's been more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date for metro / 14 business days for regional, contact us at info@lulaandme.com with your order number.
We'll lodge an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before unpacking further, and contact us within 7 days with the photos and your order number.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
