Shipping

Free shipping Australia-wide on every order. No minimum spend, no fine print — just a thank-you from us.

We post Australia-wide, usually within 3 business days of your order. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your pack is on its way. Standard delivery typically arrives in 5–7 business days depending on where you are.

We don't currently ship outside of Australia. If you're overseas and have your heart set on a Lula & Me heat pack, drop us an email and we'll see what's possible.

Local pickup

If you're local to Darley or surrounds, you're welcome to collect your order from us — just choose Store Pickup at checkout. We'll be in touch once your order is ready.

Returns & exchanges

Because our heat packs are handmade and used directly on skin, we can't accept returns for change of mind. We hope you understand.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement, exchange, or refund, your choice.
